Tomorrow is my last day of education in the Roslyn Union Free School District ever. Today was the first day I was a little sad. The bads of Roslyn heavily outweigh the goods, which is why I'm ecstatic to leave. But, there are a few great people (besides my parents) and things that I don't want to forget, so below is my list of things that make leaving Roslyn just a tiny bit hard.
-My longest friend, Alexandra Pamela Antman. This girl means the world to me. Since kindergarten we have been through everything and I can't imagine a world apart from her for more than a few weeks. If it weren't for band, we might have grown apart, but thankfully her trumpet and my sax kept us together.
-Liron Asher. She is the best listener I know. I'm sure she won't lose contact with anyone because whenever someone has a problem they call her, and then after their bitching they talk about the good things. I will apalogize in advance to my dad for the ridiculous phone bill he'll be receiving due to the separation of me from Lyron. From the day, freshman year, in the mall where I confessed my most embarassing secrets to her this girl has always been there for me, and I will make sure be it by phone or internet that we both will be there for each other's special college moments too.
-The wit and the boy who is David Sandyk. We had our good months and the other months where I flat out ignored him, but I will sorly miss the good months. I will miss his useless facts, his constant music updates, and his being in the know about everything and keeping me in the know. But, most of all I will miss they way he said "Justifiiiiied" after he succeeded in making me laugh at one of his utterly mean jokes.
-Physics with Fangus. My god it was by far the worst class I've taken in my life (I'm sure some classes next year will top it), but it was by far worth it because Fang and I have returned to being friends. I can't say the magnitude of suffering with K was equal and opposite to the greatness that came out of being friends with Fang, but it just might have been.
-Going to concerts with Sam and Zach and blushing as they hold up the "=w=" sign and yell weezer to embarrass me.
-Student Prints meetings and Lyric and Latte.
-Band with Zander and band as a freshman and sophomore.
-Mrs. Mahepath and Mr. Cabat.
-Obsessing over camp with Brad.
-The hot T.A.
